I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Everyone who came out to support LMF on Saturday.

The car wash was a huge success due to some very dedicated people who support the league every way they can.

It tickled me very much to also see two Midget players show up and help out. That is a rare occassion for the most part, so THANKS to Mark McVeigh and Chris Grimes-Gord for showing up and supporting the BLACK and RED!!!

The list of names of everyone else is too long to list, however strong support was seen from the Broncos, Colts, Cowboys and of course the Outlaws.

Way to go everyone, we raised over $400.00 to put towards our field improvement ideas!

The class of the people personify the class of the league!

THANKS AGAIN ALL! Hope to see you back next year!

Hello All Coaches, Players and Members

We have been issued an invitation by the Langley Times to participate in the 2nd Anniversary celebration at the strip mall called "Fraser Crossing"

This is the where the new Safeway is located, on the corner of 208th Street and Fraser Hwy.

The event is going to get a lot of local press and we can share in some of that.

What we are asking for is as many volunteers as possible to hold a car wash, with all of the proceeds going to field improvement for the players for the remainder of this season, and to have the funds on hand to have things totally repaired next spring for the kids.

The date is Saturday October 21st, from around Noon until 4:00 pm or so.

We really need as many of us out there as possible, wearing our Black and Red!

A strong showing from us could mean quicker action from the City, which will help us with our future plans for LMF!

Please contact either Cory Pawluk or your team manager if you are available for at least some of the time.

Your continued support is greatly appreciated!

CORY PAWLUK
