*New players only: please ensure you bring a photo copy of your birth certificate or care card.
Registration is first come, first on the list. Returning players only take precedence on the first sign up date, after that time all registrations are time and date stamped to ensure fairness in roster placement if there are wait lists at any level.
Faxed in registration forms must be accompanied by mailed in registration forms with all cheques required.
All cheques are to made out to LMF: Langley Minor Football
All deposit cheques are to be post dated November 15th 2010
