Notice of AGM – 2013

Welcome to the 2013 season!
2012 is in the books, its time to look forward to the coming season.
This year’s AGM is an important date to put on your calendars, reason being is BCCFA has implemented some rule changes that will effect the 2014 season, and members votes at this years AGM will directly affect how LMF deals with the changes for the 2014 season. This meeting is very important to attend for all members.
2013 promises to be a good season for LMF. Some great news from the gaming branch came in at year end. Our appeal to have gaming funds restored for the 2012 season was granted. The funds were received in late December, so we start the 2013 season in very good shape.
It is vitally important to thank our concession Directors and volunteers who made it financially possible to make it thru the 2012 season, with out all the additional work put in from January thru to December, 2012 could have been a financial disaster. Without all their diligent and hard work we would not have had the required funds to make it thru the season. The gift from Gaming was just pressure relief for the 2013 season. To Jen Freeman, Cory Pawluk and all their dutiful volunteers a much deserved thank you and applause for making it possible.
The board of directors looks forward to seeing you all on February 20, 2013.
